Migraine Relief with
Australian Oil of
Eucalyptus

Instructions for
Tension and Migraine
Headache Sufferers
I have successfully
addressed these
types of headaches
in two different
ways.
By putting a spray
or two of Australian
Oil of Eucalyptus on
a cotton ball, and
breathing in through
the nose and out
through the mouth,
you can unconstrain
the blood vessels in
the head and succeed
in relieving
headaches. This is
more for the type of
headache you can
still function with.
Natural Relief
for Migraine
Headache Pain
Another technique is
one I do at our
shows while doing
free demonstrations
on attendees
suffering from
headaches that make
it very difficult
for them to
function.
With a model of a
segment of the
spine, I show how
certain muscles are
attached to
vertebrae in the
neck. Then I
demonstrate how
these muscles can
get so tight, that
the vertebrae are
literally pulled
onto the nerves that
go up into the head.
This radiates the
pain from the neck
and brings about the
tension or migraine
headache. The worse
the pinch, the
higher the pain
radiates into the
head. At its worst,
the pain can go
right to the
forehead.
To handle this, I
first mist one of
our herbal neck
rings with some
water. Then I heat
it up in the
microwave oven
(conventional ovens
can also be used).
The misting will
provide moist heat,
which penetrates
better (and also
helps preserve the
freshness of the
herbs longer). Then,
while the neck ring
is heating up, I
apply three sprays
of Australian Oil of
Eucalyptus to the
back of the person’s
neck and massage
well for at least
one minute. Then I
apply three more
sprays and repeat
until the oil has
been well absorbed.
By this time, the
neck ring is fully
heated and I lay it
around the person’s
neck.
This process will
help flush out the
lactic acid and
other toxins,
allowing the muscles
to relax. Then the
vertebrae can go
back where they
belong, which takes
pressure off the
nerves, and
ultimately removes
the source of the
headache.
Additional Tips
for Natural Headache
and Migraine Relief:
For those that
suffer from
headaches with
regularity, I
recommend doing the
above procedure the
the Neck Ring when
you are not having a
headache. By keeping
the muscles in the
back of the neck
relaxed, you can
extend the periods
between headaches.
It is very smart to
exercise
preventative
measures like this.
Another good
“maintenance”
technique is to put
a spray of the
Australian Oil of
Eucalyptus on each
side of your pillow
case before you go
to bed at night.
Breathing this while
you sleep can assist
with headaches (and
prevention of
headaches) and allow
you to get a great
nights rest.
