Wonder From

Instructions for
Sore Feet, Sprained
Ankles,
Gout and Heel Spurs
(back
to Instructions)
Gout is a
build-up of uric
acid (a toxin
excreted by the
muscles), usually in
the big toe, but not
limited to there.
When circulation in
the feet is
constrained, the
uric acid cannot
flush out of the
system and the
swelling from this
is very painful,
especially when
walking.
Put one teaspoon of
Australian Oil of
Eucalyptus (or three
sprays) into a basin
of warm water (as
hot as you can
comfortably stand
it). Soak the foot
for twenty minutes
each day. Ideally,
you can even do this
two or three times a
day, if your
schedule allows. The
eucalyptus will go
through the pores of
the skin and dilate
the blood vessels.
This will allow the
uric acid to flush
out and all let the
nutrients in from
your blood.
Depending on the
severity of the
gout, this may take
several days or more
to completely flush
out the uric acid.
Heel spurs
can also be handled,
but will take a
little longer. Poor
circulation in the
foot can allow extra
calcium to grow and
form a spur on the
heel. This is
different from gout,
but can be equally
painful to walk on.
As the heel spurs
are caused by poor
circulation, they
are remedied by
exceptional
circulation.
Follow the same
instructions as
above for gout, and
soak the foot at
least once a day for
twenty minutes.
Within seven-to-ten
days or less, you
will feel great
relief. But, keep on
the daily treatment.
The eucalyptus
treatment is
increasing
circulation so
substantially, that
the extra calcium is
beginning to erode
away. Within sixty
days, you can
completely dissolve
these spurs – no
cortisone shots, no
surgery!
Soothe sore feet
with the same
instructions for
gout and heel spurs.
Another way to get
great results is to
massage the sore
feet with 5 to 7
sprays of Australian
Oil of Eucalyptus
until completely
absorbed. Then slip
on our Big Feet
(containing our
twelve herb formula)
from out of the
oven, sit back in a
reclining chair (or
go to bed), and
relax. You will feel
like you have a new
pair of feet.
Sprained ankles
should first be
treated by freezing
our herbal Basic
Pack or our herbal
Jumbo, and placing
on the swollen area.
Once swelling is
down, apply 5 to 7
sprays of Australian
Oil of Eucalyptus to
the ankle and
massage until
thoroughly absorbed.
Then heat the same
herbal pack and
place it on the
ankle while sitting
in a reclining chair
or lying in bed.
